What if I don’t succeed?
— There is no “succeeded / didn’t succeed” test here. There is a process. If you dedicate time to the lessons and practices, you begin to see the mechanics of the inner system (triggers → reactions → programmes) and change emerges in stages. Even a small step (a clearer origin of a reaction, a calmer state) is already a result.

What if I can’t manage on my own?
— You don’t have to go it alone. For 4 months you have structure and support: 16 live meetings, a community, a Telegram group and my guidance. The essence of this path is not to “sort things out” but to learn to see and stabilise the inner system so that change happens naturally.

Will I be accepted as I am?
— Yes. There is no need for a “correct version” of yourself here. You can come with chaos, with tiredness, with recurring relationship or emotional cycles. You are accepted as you are today, and you go at your own pace.

Is this safe?
— Yes. This is a safe space for inner system observation and stabilisation. No one forces you to share if you do not want to. No one judges. You always remain in control: you can pause, return, repeat.
Note: this path is not a medical or psychotherapeutic service. If you have serious health or mental health difficulties — it is important to also have qualified specialist support.

Can I afford to invest in myself this way?
— It is natural for this question to arise. Often it touches not only money, but inner worth, permission to receive, fear of change. €911 in this context is an investment in inner support, clarity and quality of life — in something that later is reflected in decisions, relationships and daily state.

Can I go through this journey at my own pace?
— Yes. Lessons and meditations are accessible at any time. Live meetings take place on Mondays, but if you cannot attend — recordings remain in the access area. Your pace, your rhythm, your process.

Will I understand, if I am more of a rational person than a “spiritual” one?
— Yes. There is no requirement to believe anything here. There is mechanics: how the nervous system works, subconscious programmes, emotional reactions and recurring scenarios. Rational people often find it easier, because they quickly grasp the structure.

What if it becomes too much? Can I stop?
— You can. You can take breaks, return later, repeat. The material remains for life. “Too much” often means you have touched an important place in the system, which is precisely why there is support and a community here — so you do not have to go through it alone.

Will I be heard? Can I ask questions personally?
— Yes. At the meetings you can ask questions directly. In the Telegram group you can write at any time and receive an answer. You are not just a “viewer” — you are a participant, and your situation and process matter.

How much time do I need to give per week?
— On average 4–6 hours per week: 1 live meeting on Mondays (~1 hr) + lessons and meditations at your own pace. This is not “one more thing” on the pile — these are tools to stabilise the inner system, which over time reduce tension and chaos.

What if I cannot attend the live meetings?
— All meetings are recorded. Each of the 16 live meetings remains accessible to you for life, so you can watch at a convenient time.

What platform does this journey take place on?
— Lessons and recordings are on indreasada.com (you log in with your account). The community and communication take place in a Telegram channel/group, where you can connect and receive support.

Is it suitable for my age?
— Yes. Participants range from 15 to 85+ years. What matters is not age, but readiness to observe your reactions and learn to stabilise the inner system.

I have no experience with meditations — will it suit me?
— Yes. We begin from the foundations, everything is guided clearly. You do not need to be “spiritual” or “experienced” — what matters most is dedicating the time and following the process.

I have already tried so many things… how do I know this path is for me?
— This path is not about one method or one problem. It is structured as a framework: consciousness → understanding → nervous system regulation → reorganisation of subconscious reactions. That is why people often finally see the “loop” that keeps repeating, and begin to change it not through pressure, but through clarity and state.

Isn’t this path too intense?
– No. It is designed so you can progress gradually. You can move forward at your own pace, take breaks and return — the material remains for life.

Is it suitable for those living abroad?
– Yes, everything takes place online. Live meetings happen in Lithuanian time, but recordings allow viewing at any convenient time. The Telegram community operates independently of time zones.

Is it suitable for believers / non-believers?
— Yes. This is not a religion or belief system. Here we work with the inner system: nervous system state, subconscious programmes, emotional reactions and choices.

I already have many unfinished projects… how do I know I will finish this one?
— There is no requirement to “finish perfectly” here. There is a process and returnability: you can come back to lessons, repeat, stop and continue later. The rhythm (meetings + community) helps maintain direction even when motivation dips.

I am afraid of what I might find in myself
— This path is not about looking for “the bad” in yourself. It is about safely seeing what activates in your inner system (triggers, defences, subconscious programmes), and learning to be with that without pressuring yourself. Everything happens at your own pace, with support and a clear structure.

I am afraid of change… what if I change, but my environment doesn’t?
— That is a very natural fear. When the inner system changes, the environment reacts — sometimes there is initial friction. But over time either the relationship dynamics change, or clarity emerges about what boundaries and environment you need. Change happens from consciousness, so it is not destructive — it becomes clearer.

How is this different from a psychologist or therapy?
— Therapy often works through conversation and naming meaning. Here the main focus is the mechanics of the inner system: nervous system states, subconscious reactions and the loop of recurring scenarios. This can be an excellent complement to therapy, but does not replace it if you need professional psychological help.

How is this different from other spiritual methods?
— This path is not about “belief” or beautiful ideas. It is about a clear structure: how the subconscious works, how the nervous system works, how automatic reactions are formed and how they are reorganised. Less theory — more mechanics and experience.

I am seeking meaning in life — is this for me?
— Yes. Meaning often does not arise “from outside” — it opens when the inner system calms and you begin to see clearly who you are, what you want and what is real for you. When tension and guessing diminish, direction emerges.

I am seeking my calling — is this for me?
— Yes. A calling is often covered by fears, others’ expectations and inner control. When the nervous system stabilises and subconscious programmes become visible, clarity comes more naturally: you begin to feel what is “yours”, and what is an old adaptation.

Everything is fine for me, but I feel there should be more — is this for me?
— Yes. You don’t need to come from crisis. Sometimes this is an inner signal that the time has come to move from “I function” to “I live”. This path helps clarify inner state and direction, so quality of life rises not through pressure, but through inner support.

Is this not a sect or religion?
— No. This is a path of self-knowledge and inner system understanding, not a belief system. There are no dogmas, no mandatory beliefs, no “guru” rules — you take what works for you practically.

Why is there no money-back guarantee?
— Because this is not an “object” that can be returned unused: the content and access open immediately, and results depend on engagement and work with yourself. This path is a commitment to yourself — and precisely that framework most often helps people truly move forward.

I have panic attacks — is this for me?
— This path can be very helpful if you want to understand what activates in your inner system (triggers, nervous system state, subconscious reactions) and learn to return to stability. However, it is not medical or psychotherapeutic help and does not replace a doctor or therapist. If you experience panic attacks, especially if you take medication or have a diagnosis, I recommend combining this path with qualified specialist supervision.

I have depression — is this for me?
— This path can help strengthen inner support: reducing chronic tension, recognising automatic self-criticism, burnout mode, subconscious programmes and nervous system shutdown. It is not treatment and is not a substitute for psychological or psychiatric help. If you take medication or are in a difficult state, it is important to continue professional care and regard this path as an additional stabilisation tool.

I have insomnia — is this for me?
— Yes, if your insomnia is connected with tension, hypervigilance, a constantly “switched on” mind or an anxiety loop. Here we work with nervous system regulation, calming the body and recognising the reaction loop. This is not medical help, so if insomnia is severe or prolonged, it is worth consulting a doctor about causes and a safe plan.

I have a serious illness (cancer, autoimmune) — is this for me?
— This path can help as emotional self-regulation and inner support strengthening: reducing stress, better hearing the body’s signals, maintaining state during treatment. But it is not medical treatment and should not be presented as a way to “remove the cause of illness”. In such cases I recommend this path only as additional inner system stabilisation alongside doctors’ plans.

I am pregnant — is this for me?
— It may be, but with a clear condition: listen to your body and, if in doubt, consult your doctor or midwife. In this path the emphasis is on calming the inner system and strengthening the sense of safety, not intense experiences or pressure. During pregnancy do everything gently, at your own pace, without force.

I am a mother of 3 and have no time — is this for me?
– Yes. This path often suits precisely when it seems there is “no time”. Because a stabilised inner system reduces inner noise and tension, which in practice gives back more energy for daily life. You can do it in small pieces: 10–20 min when the children are asleep, or a few times a week — what matters is rhythm, not perfection.

I don’t have children but would like them — is this for me?
— This path can be valuable as work with inner state: fears, control, self-worth, relationship with your own femininity and relationship dynamics. However, it is not medical help and is not a “guarantee” of fertility. If you have health questions, it is important to also have medical supervision.

I am in a difficult relationship — is this for me?
— Yes, if you want to see why the same relationship scenarios activate (attachment loops, guilt, fear, control, adaptation) and begin to choose from inner support rather than an old reaction. This path helps restore clarity, boundaries and self-worth — so that decisions are cleaner, calmer and truly yours.
