Why We Say “I Can’t Afford This” — and What It Says About Our Self-Worth

The value of life. How do you measure it? Life is priceless. Or is it? We love repeating that phrase, but our actions and choices often contradict what we declare. We say life is precious, yet when the moment comes to invest in ourselves — in our inner healing, self-awareness, growth — suddenly it “costs too much.” Too much for what? How much is your life worth, if you use its price to decide whether healing your soul is justified?
When Do You Start Valuing Yourself?
We often push ourselves to last place. Work comes first. The children. The husband. Friends.
Just not me.
Just not now.
Only when there is more time, more money, fewer worries — then I’ll take care of myself.
But that “then” often never comes. Years pass, and the soul cries out more and more for help. Eventually the body begins to speak through physical symptoms.
Then solutions appear — courses, meditations, practices. Something offering a hand and a path toward inner liberation. And yet we say: “too expensive.”
When courses or consultations seem “too expensive,” it often has nothing to do with money. It is about your own perception of your worth. It is about where you rank yourself in your own life.
What Is Really “Too Expensive”?
Is it too expensive that healing, which can change your life, costs a few hundred euros? And how much have you paid throughout your life for things you no longer even remember? For numbing pain instead of resolving it? For a beautiful facade, but not for inner peace?
When courses or consultations seem “too expensive,” it often has nothing to do with money. It is about your own perception of your worth. It is about where you rank yourself in your own life. It is about the possibility that deep inside you still don’t believe you deserve to live without pain, without guilt, without emotional burdens.
Healing Is a Choice: Are You Worth It?
One of the most common sentences I hear is: “I would like to, but I can’t afford it.” And when I ask — what exactly is stopping you? — it is often not finances, but inner programs: “I am not important enough,” “Others come first,” “I must always suffer,” “Healing is a luxury.”
But is a life without pain truly a luxury? Is a life with love for yourself a privilege, not a right?
You deserve healing. Not because you are perfect. Not because you “earned it” through suffering. But because you are alive. Because your soul is calling for help — and an answer has come to you.
Courses Are Not a “Product.” They Are a Gateway to a New Life
The courses I create are not simply a package of knowledge. They are not information. They are a journey into yourself. They are a space where we free the soul’s wounds, dismantle old programs, heal deep traumas. It is a place where you finally become the first person in your own life.
And if that seems “too expensive,” then the question is — how much do you truly value your life?
The question is not “why does this cost money.” The question is — are you ready to choose yourself?
Life Has a Cost. Not in Money — But in Choices
Choosing not to invest in yourself also has a price. You don’t see it today, but it accumulates. In emotions that remain unexpressed. In pain that turns into illness. In fatigue that becomes depression. In loneliness that seems normal, only because you have grown used to it.
Change begins when you choose to be worthy of the life you want. Are you worth living? Yes. But even more importantly — do you believe that you are worth living the way your heart desires?
Why Do Courses Cost Money?
This is a question I hear from time to time. “Why do spiritual courses have a price?” — ask people who believe that healing should be given out of love, for free, or sometimes in exchange for a donation. The answer is simple, yet deep.
Like any work that is done responsibly and with love, creating courses requires time, experience, energy, and continuous growth. Courses offer not only knowledge, but also a space for change, a community, ongoing support, and structure. They are not a one-off “product” — they are a process that transforms the quality of your life.
Energetic Exchange
Above all, the entire universe operates according to the law of exchange. When a person receives value but gives nothing in return, the energy stops. It no longer works, it doesn’t take hold, it doesn’t become transformation. Only when a person becomes truly engaged and gives a part of their own energy (time, attention, money), do they take on responsibility. And only then does real change happen.
Courses cost money not because “one must profit from spiritual people.” They cost because they require time, energy, preparation, technical infrastructure, teamwork, and ongoing support.
More Than Just Information
Every course is not only material. It is a living process during which a person walks a deep path through themselves, through their shadows, traumas, and resistance. It is a process in which I participate with my whole being — not only as a teacher, but also as a mentor holding the space, and as a witness to your inner transformation. This is not a hobby. This is my calling and my profession.
Does this mean that help is available only to those who pay? Absolutely not. There are hundreds of hours of free video content, live streams, answers in the Telegram channel, and free consultations — all of this already exists. Everyone can take it, use it, walk with it.
However, a course is not “give me more information.” It is a structured journey that requires commitment. And without commitment, a person usually remains in the same place, only with yet another “interesting video.”
Why Not in Exchange for a Donation?
Because a “donation” too often becomes an excuse to give nothing. Or to give whatever is left over from others. And that reflects not the value of the courses, but your own valuation of yourself. When you say “too expensive,” are you truly talking about money? Or are you perhaps saying: “I am not worthy of such a life. Not yet. Others first.”?
I am not trying to persuade anyone. I only remind: how much you are willing to give yourself shows how much you value your life.
Courses cost money because your transformation is worth everything. And you deserve to live not from scraps, but from fullness.
You Are Worth It
You are worth it. Not tomorrow. Not when the circumstances change. But today.
Your life is priceless, and investing in yourself is not an expense — it is the greatest gift you can give yourself.
Dare to choose yourself, because true freedom and fullness begin with one brave step: the belief that you are worthy of living the way your heart desires.
