Registration and login
Open the website and select the English flag. In the top menu on a computer, click “Login”. If you are using a phone, click the three horizontal lines (menu) in the left corner. In the menu that opens, find and click “Login”.
A window will open — select “Register”. Enter your email address and a message will be sent to your inbox. Open the message and click the second link to SET A NEW password.
In the login window, click the link “Lost your password?”, enter your registered email address, and a password reset / recovery link will be sent to you. Click the second link to set a new password.
Select the English flag. In the login window click “Lost your password?”. Enter your registered email address and a password recovery email with two links will be sent to you. By clicking the second link, you will be able to set a new password.
The email may have ended up in your spam or promotions folder. Check these folders in your inbox. If you can’t find the email, make sure you entered your email address correctly when registering. If the problem persists, contact us at info@indreasada.com.
Check that you have entered your login details correctly (email and password). If you have forgotten your password, use the password recovery function in the login window. If the problem persists, contact our customer support team.
All your purchased courses are in the My Account menu. You will find them by selecting the English flag, logging in with your email and password. Then click “My Account” in the menu. Here you will find all your purchased courses.

Order and payment issues
Make sure your payment was successful. In some cases payment can take a few minutes. If you still don’t have access, check your email for an order confirmation. If you haven’t received anything, contact us.
Check that your payment card has sufficient funds and is not blocked. Also make sure you have entered the correct payment details. If the problem persists, try another payment method or contact us for help.
Course access and usage
Make sure you genuinely cannot see your purchased course, then try logging in again or refreshing the page. If the problem persists, contact our technical support at info@indreasada.com.
Check your internet connection — buffering or unresponsive videos are often related to a weak connection. Also make sure you are using the latest version of your browser. If the problem persists, contact technical support.
Progress display can be disrupted by your browser cache. Try clearing the cache or using a different browser. If that doesn’t help, contact technical support.
This may be related to a technical error during transfer or an unregistered payment. Contact our customer support team at info@indreasada.com. If you recently purchased a course, provide your order number so we can check your account status.
Yes, our courses are accessible on various devices. Make sure your device has a stable internet connection and meets the minimum browser requirements.
Automatic logout usually occurs due to inactivity or internet connection problems. Try logging in again. If the problem persists, let us know.
In your account, after clicking on the desired course, you will have two options: “Start learning” or “Reset course progress”. If you want to delete your progress and start the course from the beginning, select “Reset course progress”. A table will then appear with two options: “Reset Data” — reset progress, or “Keep Data” — leave progress unchanged.
Email communication
Make sure your request was submitted correctly. Replies to enquiries are usually provided within 24–48 hours. If you haven’t received a response, check your spam folder or contact us again.

Time booking and session scheduling

Make sure all required fields in the booking form were filled in correctly. If it still doesn’t work, try a different browser or contact customer support.
Make sure the correct time zone format is selected in your account settings. If the problem persists, contact the customer support team to verify the booking time.
To cancel or change a session time, log in to your account and go to the bookings section. If this option is not available, contact us by email at info@indreasada.com no later than 24 hours before the session time.
Check your email spam folder. If you can’t find the link, contact us as soon as possible so we can resend it.
